Of course you want to know how much your new website will cost. Probably less than you think. Prices have come down in the past years as more designers enter the market place.

Since Dove Canyon Design is a fun, hobby-type business for us, we can offer very competitive rates. Complete site design is quoted per-page, while maintenance is quoted at an hourly rate. Please contact us for a quote specific to your project.

There are three entities involved in the cost of a website:

1) The Web Developer: The person who designs the content, images and programming for your site, i.e., Dove Canyon Web Design.

2) The Web Hosting Provider: The entity you pay to 'house' your site on the internet on a monthly basis. Prices range from free to hundreds of $$$ per month. A dynamic site (using PHP/MySQL) will cost more to host (and design) than a .html only site. Examples include GoDaddy, Network Solutions, etc.

3) The Domain Registry: The entity you pay to purchase your 'domain' name from. Ex: www.yoursitename.com. Prices vary from ~10.00-35.00 each year. Examples include Register.com.

Dove Canyon Design can help you setup your hosting and purchase your domain name in addition to developing your initial website.
